NEWLO: A Pacesetter in Skills Training in Grenada Part 1

This is part one of the story of the New Life Organisation (NEWLO).

For so many years, the primary focus of the educational system in Grenada had been on the advancement of those young people who would eventually proceed on to the university and professional studies. Many young people whose talents rested outside of the academic sphere were unable to pass the Common Entrance Examination, and were denied admission to the secondary schools.

Achievements and Success Stories from NEWLO: Part 1 (Renewable Energy @ NEWLO)

In this new post, I am beginning a new series on the Achievements and Success Stories from NEWLO. This first part focuses on one of the biggest milestones for the institution in recent years. The construction of a Solar facility at the main centre at Palmiste, St. John.

Achievements and Success Stories from NEWLO: Part 2 (NEWLO: A Rising Star in Computer Engineering Programmes in Grenada)

In 2012 when NEWLO first launched its partnership with Cisco Networking Academy and CompTIA, no one ever gave us a dog’s chance that we will rise the level we are today. However, like everything else about the story of NEWLO, we start with nothing or very little and build oceans with little drops of water. Today, NEWLO is a leading name in Computer Engineering programmes in Grenada.
